The Guest keeps expanding through a collaboration brimming with energy, irony, and a distinctly personal touch. Artist, muralist, and illustrator Juan Díaz-Faes joins the creative universe of this iconic character with two versions decorated using his signature visual language, playful, friendly, and immediately recognizable.
Known for his black and white patterns, Díaz-Faes transforms The Guest’s silhouette into a three-dimensional support for his unmistakable imagery. Through geometric shapes, flowing lines and looping faces, the artist from Oviedo creates a hypnotic engaging visual effect. Each line seems to move across the surface, as if the character were wrapped in a dynamic and vibrant skin.
The limited edition of 300 units features a complex network, all hand-drawn and hand-painted, that fully cover the character’s silhouette.
The small version distills the essence of the artist into a more refined approach, where a glazed black background highlights the white patterns. Two ways to express the same graphic universe, different in scale but united by the unmistakable hand of Díaz-Faes.
This collaboration is part of The Guest project, which invites artists from around the world to reinterpret a single porcelain creation. The result is a series of editions full of personality, blending each artist’s unique vision with the handcrafted expertise of our brand.

A very large number of the items we sell online are special-ordered from their manufacturers, so we may not have the item you're looking for immediately on-hand in our warehouse. Because of this, we ask that our customers expect a 2-3 week waiting period for their orders to be delivered.

Refunds

Items sold through Dalmazio Design are not applicable for a refund.

Dalmazio Design takes pride in offering products of the highest quality, artistry, and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it for a replacement or credit. Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase will incur a 3% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days. Dalmazio Design will pay return shipping costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged, is defective or is not the item that was ordered. Simply call us at 1-718-645-4255 and request a postage-paid return label. We will replace the item as soon as possible or issue a credit against your Dalmazio Design account.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is no longer desired or if the wrong product was ordered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange or credit, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
