Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Dalmazio Design takes pride in offering products of the highest quality, artistry, and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it for a replacement or credit. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days. Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase will incur a 4% administrative fee.

Dalmazio Design will pay return shipping costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged, is defective, or is not the item that was ordered. Simply call us at 1-718-645-4255 and request a postage-paid return label. We will replace the item as soon as possible or issue a credit against your Dalmazio Design account.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received, it must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require prior authorization, and a receipt showing proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is no longer desired or if the wrong product was ordered.

Any item returned within 30 days after delivery with our permission will incur a 15% restocking fee, however, if the item is returned 30 days after delivery with our authorization will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Once we receive your return, upon inspection we will issue a credit minus your restocking fee. This credit will be on file and can be used for future purchases at Dalmazio Design. We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and your approval or rejection of your credit.

(Please Note: We do not issue credit for shipping and credit card fees.)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

Refunds

Items sold through Dalmazio Design are not eligible for a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be returned for exchange or credit, unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at info@dalmaziodesign.com and send your item to 431 Avenue P, Unit C Brooklyn, New York US 11223.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
