CRF- Our elegant Confetti Ribbon Flower is made with Italian made ariel ribbon. Each flower is handmade by cutting the ribbon and arranging it into a flower by adding a decorative bow to hold it together. Place the beautiful flower on the tables to greet your guests as they arrive to your special occasion or use it to decorate a larger centerpiece to add to its beauty. Personalize your flowers by adding a printed card or Bigliettino(little favor tag) for your guests. we only use Kosher Dragee's in our Confetti Favors. The client may choose the Dragee's from a variety of colors and flavors that suit your tastes. The client may also choose from a variety of colors for the ribbon, the lace and the bow.

Shipping

Please allow for 2-3 weeks to receive your order.

A very large number of the items we sell online are special-ordered from their manufacturers, so we may not have the item you're looking for immediately on-hand in our warehouse. Because of this, we ask that our customers expect a 2-3 week waiting period for their orders to be delivered.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
