As a family-owned brick-and-mortar business for over 45 years, we have had the pleasure of special-ordering many items for our customers. While we stock over 5,000 items ready for purchase, we understand that sometimes a customer is looking for something not currently on our shelves. Our special-order service allows us to offer the same personalized service online that we provide in our store.

If you have special-order items in your cart, please understand they typically ship within approximately 3 to 6 weeks. This is also noted in the availability section on our website beneath each item and vendor name. In some cases, it may take a bit longer. In some it may take less. This time frame is only a guide, not a guarantee.

Also note that after you place your order, if you should wish to cancel for any reason, please understand the 4% credit card fee is not refundable. It is taken directly by the website merchant services. Please review our shipping policy and our exchanges and return policy for more information.
