PARTIES/CELEBRATIONS

- 2 hour initial consultation
- Theme coordination & aesthetics and advice on etiquette & trends
- Full design proposal with vision board and budgeting plan
- Venue visit
- Sourcing & coordinating vendors, including but not limited to Dalmazio Design branded decor, stationery, games & activities, as well as caterers, florists and entertainment
- RSVP management
- Overseeing floor planning and table seating
- Final venue walkthrough
- Unlimited message/ texting communication

- Complete day-of coordination by our experienced team to ensure event runs smoothly when every moment is planned and coordinated including:
- Event timeline creation
- Overseeing all deliveries

CEREMONIAL EVENTS
PACKAGE 2………………………………………..………………………$2,500
1 month in advance
- Reviewing of all vendors, mediating, resolving issues and concerns
- RSVP finalization
- Coordinating and attending rehearsal dinner
- Overseeing floor planning and table seating
- Final venue walk-through
- Unlimited message/ texting communication
- Day-of coordination including:
- Event timeline creation, overseeing all deliveries, decor & styling
- Ensuring entire ceremony proceeds accurately and timely
- Ensuring guests are seated correctly and in a timely fashion
- Directing members of the wedding/ceremony party to their rightful places
- Ensuring entrances are timed with music
- Confirming that all music is played on cue and all props are in the proper place
- Keeping ceremony running on allotted schedule
- Directing guests and members to the location of the reception
- Arranging for proper placement of any gifts brought and creation of gift list
- Managing dinner, toasts, special dances, thank-you announcements and any additional ceremonial activities

1 year - 6 months in advance
- 2 hour initial consultation
- Theme coordination & aesthetics and advice on etiquette & trends

- Monthly meetings to review detail, anticipate & resolve any issue/concerns

- Invitation stuffing, stamping, and mailing
